Interpreter Control Center

The Language Translation Interpreter Control Center is a self-contained audio control center for simultaneous language interpreters.

Used as a stand-alone unit, the ICC is capable of handling dual language application. Used in tandem, multiple units may be combined to cover even the most demanding situation.

The four function selector buttons (off, normal, relay, and key) select what the interpreter will hear and where his or her mic signal will be sent.

Interpreters can choose to use standard table mics or communications headsets with boom microphones.

How the Interpreter Control Center works:

In its basic configuration, simultaneous language interpretation is simple: your interpreter listens to the program using the Interpreter Control Center and simultaneously interprets. The ICC directs his microphone signal to a particular transmitter, from which the interpreter's voice is broadcast. Listeners use pocket receivers and earphones to hear the language of their choice.
