A lavalier microphone or lavalier (or lav or lapel mic) is a small electret or dynamic microphone used for television, theatre, and public speaking applications, in order to allow hands-free operation.

Our lavalier interpreting mic is a rugged lapel clip microphone that has a 3.5mm microphone plug and a 39-inch cord. This microphone is omni-directional so that it can pick up sound from just about every direction equally.
