Interpreting Equipment Rental

Language Translation, Inc. offers selected equipment for rent to make your interpreting event a success. Our trained staff can help you select the correct equipment for optimum performance. We can provide equipment for all of your simultaneous interpretation events for 1 to 6 languages.

When you request an equipment rental quote, our staff will conduct a short interview to understand your needs and how to best meet them. We will provide a free quote by email for your review.

Our quote will include an itemized list of recommended equipment, on-site technician fees, as well as set-up and take-down labor charges.*

Equipment that may be recommended includes:

• A table top and/or encapsulated interpreting booth
• Podium, tabletop, and/or standing microphones
• Wired and/or wireless lavalier (lapel) microphones
• Wired and/or wireless handheld microphones
• 4- and/or 8-input mixer
• A distribution amplifier for interpreter headphones
• Studio headphones for the interpreters
• Stationary and/or wireless transmitter(s)
• Wireless receivers with headsets

* Additional charges imposed by the venue for their services are outside the scope of our quotation.
