For Outlook Users

1. On the Tools menu, click Options.
2. On the Preferences tab, under E-mail, click Junk E-mail.
3. Click the Safe Senders or Safe Recipients tab.
4. Click Add.
5. In the Internet domain name to be added to the list box, enter "mail.vresp.com", and then click OK.

For Hotmail Users

1. Select Options | More Options... from the Windows Live Hotmail toolbar (or just Options if you use Windows Live Hotmail classic).
2. Follow the Safe and blocked senders link under Junk e-mail.
3. Click Safe senders.
4. Type "mail.vresp.com" in the domain to mark as safe: entry field.

For Yahoo Users

1. Open your address book.
2. Click the Add Contact button.
3. Add Email Address.
4. Paste or type the email address in the "email" field and click the Save button.

For MSN Users

1. Open your Safe List within your Junk email like on the lower left corner of your screen.
2. Click Safe List to add a new contact to your list.
3. Paste or type the email address into the box, click Add then Save Changes.

For Gmail Users

1. Open your contacts list
2. Click on the Add Contact link
3. Paste or type the email address into the "email" field and click the "add contact" button.
