Word Counting:

To count the words in a Microsoft Word document just open the document in MS Word, pull down the TOOLS menu and select Word Count.

File Naming:

When creating file names limit your filenames to the characters A-Z, a-z, 0-9, underscore ( _ ), period ( . ), and hyphen ( - ). Acceptable file formats are .doc, .xls, .pdf and .txt.
