Interpreting prices are based on half-day (4 hrs.) and full-day (8 hrs.) rates. Interpreting rates vary depending on language and subject matter. For interpreting rates, contact us.

Translation Rates

Our rates include translation, proof-reading, reviewing, and project management.

Our price is a "per word" estimate based on the source word for European languages, and the target word for non-European languages. There is a $75.00 minimum charge for institutions, government agencies and businesses and a $95.00 minimum charge for individuals with personal documents.

The above rates are for Translating, Editing, and Proofreading (TEP).

Please Note: Any formatting work (i.e. tables, charts, images) may be subject to a desktop publishing charge of $75.00 per hour. Rush jobs are subject to an additional charge of 20% of the translation cost.
