Language Translation, Inc. Quality Assurance Guidelines

We work with only highly qualified translators. Before being accepted to work with us, each candidate is reviewed for his/her education and experience. Then this person is given a translation test to determine to determine their true ability. We then continually monitor each translator’s work by having an editor periodically rate this translator for continued work accuracy. We do this to ensure that our clients are provided with the highest level of translation quality.


To maintain the highest quality of our translation services, we follow a 3-step quality process:


1. The document is translated by a professional language translator who is a native speaker of the target language with specialization in the subject of the original document.


2. The document is then edited by a second language translator for accuracy, who catches possible errors, and makes changes that help the translated document better conform to the message of the original document.


3. Finally, the document is proofread to ensure that the project is ready for delivery to the client.


Proofreading your translation ensures accuracy, consistency, appropriate formatting, and overall quality of the final product.

 

Warranty

Our warranty on all translations is that we will correct any errors or omissions without charge. We give clients 15 days to notify us of such issues.
