  2.  Enter your account number
  3.  Choose the language you need
  4.  Enter your PIN
  5. You'll be connected with an interpreter within 30 seconds

If the person you're looking to communicate with is at your location, just put the call on speaker. If not, just place a conference call to the person after you've connected with your interpreter.
